"Ms Jamie the supervisor is a Godsend! Not only is she caring and easy to talk to she is very understanding and goes the extra mile for her customers. My family had a rough experience getting into town for graduation and Ms Jamie stepped in without hesitation to ease the load. Our room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and provided great service. I can’t thank Ms. Jamie enough for how she cared for my family during a difficult situation. I highly recommend! This location will be where we come for every event while our Sailor is here from now on!"

"It was so difficult to give this feedback my ratings actually went down! I tried calling and after 5 minutes of automated messaging hung up. Tried to leave feedback on the app and got nowhere. Horrible experience at this hotel and we always stay with Marriott. Supposed to be no smoking at the property and the entire place absolutely reeked of weed. All of the common space and even the rooms smelled so bad it almost required relocating. Room service never arrived and no new towels were provided during our stay. Perhaps worst was the loss of hot water on Saturday. Overall very disappointing and uncharacteristic of the company."

"We stayed here for our daughters graduation from Navy boot camp. We got in a little early and we were able to check in early.That was a plus after a very long drive. Abi checked us in and was super nice! The rooms were just re-done and very nice. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Very spacious room and a closet too. Great location, close to many restaurants and stores and not very far from where the graduation was held. The only thing that I really wasn't too thrilled with was the bathroom, it did not have ventilation/fan so when you shower it got really steamy in the bathroom. The lady who checked us out was also so sweet! All in all it's a great place to stay."

"Best hotel experience in a long time. The room was so clean and completely newly updated. The entire staff was friendly and very professional. Part of the hotel was still under construction but did not interfere with our stay. Very nice experience. This was our 2nd time here, and we will be back."

"Excellent location and staff is super helpful and welcoming. The entire place is getting remodeled. One building and lobby has the look of a new hotel. It is clean and fresh. Although there is the strong chemical smell of new carpet for those with allergy issues. No paint smell. Our room had a little mini balcony where we weee able to open the door for fresh air. Nothing fancy in the rooms, tv and fridge. No coffee maker or extras. Beds are new (again chemical smell) and bedding was new as well. I would come back just for the attentiveness from the staff. Happy travels!"
