"The building I'm currently residing in is absolutely gorgeous. As soon as I stepped inside, it felt like home. The staff here is incredibly helpful and friendly, and Ashley in particular was a great help during my moving day. She went above and beyond to ensure that everything went smoothly. I'm really impressed by the two outdoor pools in the complex - they're absolutely stunning. I can't help but wish that I could stay here forever and enjoy the beauty of this place."

"Brutal construction. Maybe i'm spoiled living in the city, but this is definitely not luxury! Maybe for the burbs, it is toooo expensive 2 bdrm 3500.00 even falling apart (that's like 2 mortgages) come on now. Don't b get v me started on the dog park. Gross as hell"

"I have been leasing here for almost a year. The building and amenities are nice but the management is awful. They didn’t let me tour my unit until the move-in day. When I signed the lease, and on the move-in day, I found holes on the floor and cracked windows. I asked it to be fixed and it took them 6 months to do it. The emergency/after hours number listed on the website is a lie and nobody comes and helps you. My hot water was out and I had to call several times and go to the front desk and sit until someone help me. They also bill you ridiculous amount for Utilities. For one person living in a one bedroom, I have received water bills as high as $80/month. After asking/calling/emailing numerous times, they said it’s the water meter issue and needs to be replaced. It has been 8 months since then and it hasn’t been fixed. No wonder why people are constantly moving out."

She was very helpful in explaining the options available to me and kept me informed during the whole leasing process. The location is excellent. Im looking forward to residing at The Elaine, in a friendly, well-staffed, and meticulously maintained complex."

Pools, fitness center, computer wifi office area, social rooms and more. Units are classy and well built with modern finishes and quality materials. We loved the place.
