""Dr" Casino is the most inept pediatrician I've ever met in my life!!! She didn't care at all that my daughter was/is constantly sick, she would just throw a bunch of prescriptions at us for her to mask her symptoms, but not get her better, she never ran any tests to find out why my daughter is always sick like the emergency room Drs said she should have done. Just like the other review, it was like pulling teeth trying to obtain my daughter's medical records, and she had put my daughter down as a male on the medical records when she obviously knew she was female. She claimed that she sold her last practice at 84 grasso plaza, but turns out they actually fired her due to her incompetence & they told me I should contact the American board of pediatrics before, "she ends up killing someone's kid."...Their words, not mine. This woman isn't right in the head & needs to have her licence to practice permanently taken away!!!"

"I have been a patient of Dr. Ruby G Casino since I was about five years old. I am now 20 years old and I still go to her for check ups, illnesses, vaccinations, and other medical concerns. Dr. Casino is always accommodating she will do her best to make me feel comfortable and genuinely treats me as her own family. She is the best physician and so knowledgeable in what she does. Her clinic wait times are generally low and even with the ongoing pandemic currently she makes sure to respect her patient's times and gets them in and out within a reasonable amount of time. When my brother was having asthmatic issues Dr. Casino was the only pediatrician able to help my brother. She was the only one that was able to figure out what he needed. Dr. Casino is a wonderful physician that genuinely cares for the people and what she does is out of love and passion for others, she is making a real, positive change in the world."

"Dr. Casino has been my provider for over the last decade, I enjoy visiting the office. The visit is always quick, no long wait times in the waiting room or in the patient room, you’re in and out in no time. She’s very good about ordering prescriptions right after the visit, so you’re not waiting for them. Along with having an awesome after hours exchange system, where she’s really easy to get in contact with, even if it’s the middle of the night. The office staff is very polite too, I suggest this doctor to everyone of all ages!"

"I did my externship at Dr Casinos office almost 10 years ago. Dr Casino was wonderful then and she is wonderful now. She was never fired from Afton Medical and is always helping kids and families with physical and emotional issues. I understand that everyone has their opinions but unless you know the truth people shouldn't spread rumors just because you dont get your way or what you want. Dr Casino is the only pediatrician who's helped my child when other doctors couldn't or wouldn't. She is always there for her patients and I stand by her always. Thank you Dr Casino for everything."

"Can I just say, Dr. Casino has been my children’s doctor since 2008 when my oldest daughter was just 6 weeks old. She genuinely cares and calls you right back if you call & had an urgent matter outside of the doctors regular hours. She takes the time to go above and beyond to make sure your children are well taken care of and puts in effort to follow up, and sometimes not even 5 minutes after you’ve left she calls just to make sure you remember all the steps to take to healing your baby in house. Over the last decade, Dr. Casino has not just become our pediatrician for my now 3 children, but she has definitely grown to be apart of my heart always. Thank you Dr. Casino for your hard work, your consideration and also always giving me free samples of those face creams / oil cleanser on times I am most “stressed” lol! I guess it’s the Filipina in you (no filter), it’s very funny and sweet to me..."
