"The current property manager, Theresa Valentine, is very unprofessional. I am a tax paying resident of Bellwood, and I called to inquire about my car being towed off a public street without any clear signage or notice. She says, "I've been letting it slide." Referring to me parking in the same spot for the last TWO YEARS! I don't know who thought she was fit for this position but I'm sure this will not be the last of the negative reviews due to her poor communication skills. This could have all been handled differently having a good community relationship should be important. The mayor will be hearing from me concerning this issue, and they will be hearing from my lawyer. Its sad to see businesses degrade an entire community for seemingly no reason at all! As a small business owner who has faced a lot of adversity this year, the least I expect is respect. I don't know how tenants are treated in these apartments but from my short interaction I can tell there is unprofessionalism, child's play, and hateful retaliation in the mix. That is something I would never subject the elderly in my family to live with. I do really hope you are able to find a better establishment."

"The Answering service at this complex uses is the worst people I've ever come in contact with. One lady was so very rude I'm out of state and im already in a state of emotion because I havehno clue what's going on with my senior mother all I wanted was someone to do a well being check l was patient this lady that continued nterrupting me. when i asked to speak to a supervisor she said no then hung up. after trying to explain my situation. This answering service and management have no compassion for anything I'm applauded at the fact the village of bellwood would have people taking care of their seniors like this in 2018 soon to be 2019 what a shame. After finally getting in touch with management I give information to management he says he will have a manger call me back, I haven't had one call yet. My mother could he dead this is horrible on all ssides. they never got back to me it's been 48hrs now. This is not good and the answering service should show a little more compassion and consideration and go back to a customer service class before taking calls I'd rather speak to a recording instead of these people that work for that service."
