"Rather move to whispering oaks than here it's the worst place ever specially management MARIA AND HER HUSBAND ARE SCAM ARTISTS. THEY LIE ABOUT THE POOL. THE CAMERAS ARE ALSO SUPPOLSEDLY BROKEN. Her Husband doesn't fix anything just smoke cigarettes all day on the side of the office and harrass women while they are walking by. I stayed there for 4 years and nothing never got fixed every time I put in a work order they always said they came but they never did."

"If I could put 0 stars, I would. Upon moving in we had to re-clean and fumigate due to cockroaches all over the place. They had a monthly crew come in to supposdly spray the property for pest and one time they literally opened my door and didnt even walk in and shut my door again. The towing situation is absolutely ridiculous and Sheila is extremely rude. Their cleaning workers said themselves that they do a lot of under the table sketch things there. A lot of people live there for different rent prices. Maintenance is horrible, was without a working microwave for over 6 months and upon letting them know they said there was nothing they could do for me. And of course the best for last, they gave me no choice when asking for my kids social security numbers and constantly called to harrass me about them getting copies of them. Please have someone investigate and shut this place down or change managment."

"To be honest Cinnamon Lake Towers is one of the best apartment buildings in Waukegan. People let personal experiences cloud their judgement. As far as amenities and security CLT winning. Plus I’ve never seen a roach like most buildings."

"I have been here for almost 4 years. I moved in right before the upgrades. When i first moved in it was NOT roaches here. Within the last year i started seeing roaches (i am neat freak && guest i don’t do) clearly they were brought in by new tenants. Some of the new upgrades are damaged due to tenants. The so called security they have is useless. Tenants would live the main door open or have something in the door to keep it unlocked because they don’t have keys (which is a safety hazard). The pool has been closed since a few weeks after i moved in which is odd (still close to this day) Seem like the police stay here every week almost. Outside of those issues i do like my apartment. I am updating this review. This place is a joke, it is amazing to me how memos can be passed out about towing people cars over silly things (money hungry), but i have yet to see any notices about safety, the theft that goes on here, or the fact that it is okay for pple to damage your cars and nothing is done. Landlord crying about flowers that’s maybe worth $10 compared to having to pay over $500 for car repairs. This will be my last year in this building. I rather move back to Chicago then stay here, at least MOST of their landlords treat every race FAIRLY!"

"Hi. Ihave lived at Cinnamon Lake Towers for 3 years now and I just have to correct the bad reviews that I have been reading. It's a great place to live regardless of what you read on the reviews. Never have I had any roaches, ⁷ rats, or bedbugs. Those are lies. If you had em you brought them here when you moved in. This complex is very clean. Most of the bad reviews come from tenants who were evicted or problems. The staff is very nice, professional, and efficient. There are many rules to follow but they are necessary. So before you go spreading lies take a good look at yourselves first. CLT is a great place to live. It's clean, secure, and affordable. They have a pool, laundry rooms, and plenty of parking. Thanks"
