"Awful experience. I called the day before to see if they had availability at a different time and was told a the appointment could not be changed without waiting for over a month. So I stuck with my original time. We arrived today only to be told our appointment was for the day before. Three different staff members refused to see us. I pulled my son out of school to go at my scheduled time and we were refused. We were going to be new patients and decided to stay at Ladue Pediatrics, who is great. Just not as close to tower Grove. Dr. Chen, you should push for more competent admin staff or you’ll keep losing new patients."

"I don’t go here as I don’t have children, but I live up the street. Today, a staff member nearly ran me and my 3 dogs over as we were walking on the sidewalk across the parking lot entrance. This person couldn’t be bothered to wait 5 seconds while we passed and instead turned right in front of me (I was already halfway across the parking lot entrance) and nearly ran over one of my dog’s front feet. And they’re supposed to be taking care of your children? Lol no thanks. Hopefully they don’t run kids over in the parking lot. I hope whoever that was has a terrible day!"

"The person on the phone made my daughter appointment at a different location and didnt tell me anything.I dont underatand how my daughter couldnt be seen and the waiting area was empty. Also they wont see you if your a little as 10 mins late but they will have you in the waiting area for a hour. THEY NEED TO DO BETTER!!!!"

"All three of my children have been going here since 2008. I love the atmosphere and the patient care. They have helped us with so many health care needs over the years. Issues and concerns are talked about and then a plan is always put in place to help with the issues and concerns. I have never felt ignored or as if I am being annoying. We have seen several doctors over the years, but when put with Dr. Arthur a few years ago it was a perfect match. He is a phenomenal physician. All three of my children actually look forward to seeing him. The front desk and triage team are so sweet too. Many of them have known my children since they were infants. I moved away from the city, but I will not relocate their care from here, because it such a wonderful practice. Thank you all for the continued years of care "

"We started cute when my son was born November 6th I was hesitant as a FTM with my rainbow baby with this place because reviews was all over the place. But we tried it! And i love love love them. The doctors and nurses, even the check in ladies are nice, caring and attentive. It’s always welcoming when we take our son. They listen to our concerns, they’re encouraging. Despite seeing different doctors I’ve always felt personal with them. He sees Dr.Beth the most and we just love her! We’ve also been to theyre Midtown location and the standards they’re are just as high! The energy is still amazing and caring. They have great resources and offer diapers and period products! They genuinely care about the entire family myself, my fiancé and our son. I’m glad we chose Dani’s i recommend to family and friends definitely!"
