"No it don't say heat included. Everything is electrical, so tenants pay for their own heat. They don't even want to fix anything, been calling for almost a month for a new kitchen light, that's nothing compared to everything that needs fixing that gets ignored."

"Why would a low income complex allow its residents be towed for having an expired LP sticker these are low income people who obviously can’t afford to pay a $170 tow. The system is flawed and the residents need to start a petition! its so disheartening. Why these buildings are still standing is a question as well, the living conditions the maintenance of the building and apts should cause it to be shut down and relocate the residents, they won’t come out for pest, the garbage floating in the parking lots, thats just to name a few don’t let me start on the condition inside the apts."

"I’d give zero stars if I could. Maintenance and the office personal are extremely unprofessional. The buildings have been infested with roaches for years! They schedule inspections within 4 months back to back. Trash everywhere in the hallways nothing gets properly cleaned. They close the laundry room early and lock your clothes in there. Apparently the residents have no privacy rights and if there is a work order they can walk in without notice whenever they want. Security harasses everyone for passes but if something illegal happens we have to call the police. Also if a washer or dryer is broken the tenants have to call the number and get it fixed now correct me if I’m wrong yes the tenants live here but the property manager and the city or whoever owns it is to keep the building safe unsanitary. These buildings are a problem they shouldn’t even pass inspection!!!"
