"The office manager who took over about a year ago, really stepped up to take care of us tenants, Katie has made a lot of changes, and I have to recognize her for doing a wonderful job! As of now the only things I can complain about are that the new people moving in, are bringing their ruckus along with them. Loud music, loud arguments in the parking lot, extra visitors that don't park in the visitors section, but park in the tenants spots, so it forces tenants to struggle with parking. My truck was broken into twice, and I've only lived here almost 2 years. I don't like some of my inconsiderate neighbors, but I can at least say, office manager Katie and grounds keeper Joe are wonderful. Keep up the great job Katie and Joe, and I truly appreciate you both........."

"Trash. KATIE is a smart aleck whos cute little daughter chimes in as you discuss your business with her mom. and DONT BE FOOLED BY THE PICTURES, THE POOL IS STILL NOT OPEN! Giving 1 star because 0 isn't an option. This place is a slum with slumlords. Not one upgrade but the rent continues to increase ever year. I still have a dent in my front door with sawed off paint from the replacing of a broken lock, which looks like my door was kicked in by the police... Management did that and never came back to fix it. It looks horrible! Definitely not worth $1400 a month. There are only 2 working machines in the workout room, and the tv in there NEVER worked. I Could go on and on. I won't be here much longer, so says a bunch of other tenants. The rent has gone up every year but no improvements nor upgrades. Katie, management, discusses your business without permission and texts me for everything rather than call the professional way. I dont remember signing up for texts because I DIDN'T! Please do urself a solid an pass on this place."

"Their parking situation is horrible! I have one vehicle for my unit and I can’t even find parking every night it’s different in every lot. I have complain multiple times with no resolved. Was told it was going to be something that they’re working on it’s been months already the parking lot has been redone and still no resolved. We need to have permit parking for each apartment to be allow at least one vehicle. I know for a fact that a resident has three vehicles and one motorcycle not fair to the resident that only owns one vehicle. I’ve talk to Michael and management and called Jody his manager still no results. How long does it take to assign permit parking for apartment. Cars should be registered to the state of Wisconsin proof that they live in that apartment and should be allowed one car for a permit parking sticker. If you have multiple vehicles then you need to park at the guest parking. Which unfortunately is always packed Thursday Friday Saturday and Sunday for a resident that lives there and pays for right I shouldn’t have to go through this very stressful. Maybe it’s time to move in find a better place that can accommodate a resident it’s really ridiculous!!!"

"I have been at Kenosha commons for almost 3 years it’s a great place to live! Our new property manager Michale is amazing! He always goes above and beyond to help with anything I may need, a simple fix or an issue with anything is always resolved in a timely manner everything has been so clean and our newly updated black top looks amazing! If you are looking for a great place to stay I recommend Kenosha Commons and if you ever need anything Michale is your go to person! Thank you for giving my children and I a great place to live and make memories."

"I’ve had rented many apartments in my life and I can honestly say that the management wasn’t as pleasant as it should have been. Since COVID-19 and having to care for my dad in GreenBay until he passed in June, I’ve had some challenges with my finances. Michael has been very understanding of my situation and he tries to help me in any way that he can. He offers me solutions, always respectful, very sweet and kind hearted, easy to talk to. Micheal is 1of the reasons why I love it here. Keep up the great work Michael I truly appreciate you."
