"With subsidized housing, you're going to play a little roulette with your apartment. And if you have good neighbors now, wait a bit, that could change quickly. I have friends that live there, and mildew is a big issue. And, if there's mildew of course there's moisture. I would suggest getting a dehumidifier for the warmest months. Although, with a dehumidifier it should be vented outside because It works like an air conditioner in reverse. And it will blow the hot air into your apartment. The management seems to make an attempt, but, you can't change human behavior. If it's poor, it usually is going to stay that way. Some folks don't have an alternative, a roof is a roof."

"When moving in my apt I did get the brand “new”vibe. I got new carpet which is a plus! The 1 bedroom is really spacious with a large bathroom-handicapped accessible. Kitchen is big enough to fit a kitchen table it also has an island. Bedroom is a decent size with a huge walk in closet. Very good maintenance team, they really come the same day or the next day requests are made. Cons I did not like the low cabinets, also the appliances were not the best reminds me of a mini refrigerator, came with an un attached white microwave. (The first thing you see when you walk in is the nice mirror on the wall) in the kitchen the appliances should be better. Overall not a bad place to live, very affordable, clean convenient location next to Walmart for people who have a hard time getting around."

"I've recently relocated from the city of Chicago here to Zion ever since the first day I walked into the office of this apartment complex they have been nothing more but kind attentive and very helpful in my transition. I'd like to give a warm and sincere thank you to the rental manager Daphne and Shannon for their professionalism and help doing my transition I'd recommend anyone who's relocating to the area to come here. The grounds are beautiful and well kept there's an awesome workout room as well as a pool. So whenthe summertime comes I'll take my grandchildren over to learn how to swim....."
