"My time at Willow Glen has been wonderful! The unit is spacious and updated with tons of storage. I get lots of sunlight for my plants without sacrificing privacy. They are pet friendly, which of course is a MUST for us dog moms! The divine/response here has been great, too. When i had issues with my washer they were really empathetic and quick to resolve it, and the manager Christine was so easy to work with and understanding. I’m trying to get my sister to move here to make visiting easier!"

Floorpans offer something unique to everyone- you are sure to find your next home here. Area is what attracted me here and the staff is making it easy to stay!"

"The complex is well kept, has nice curb appeal as well as being well maintained. The staff has been great to deal with as well. I can’t thank the property manager, Christine, enough for all the help and info she gave while looking here, as a single woman living on your own you want to be sure you have all the facts you need about the place you’ll be living."

"This place was sold well to us in the sense that it would be luxurious living. My husband and I moved here back in November and this seemed like the best place to move to. Fast forward to the new year. We live in a corner unit on the fourth floor (top floor). We were informed of a leak in the roof that had made it's way down to the first floor. Long story short, we had walls removed and tons of plastic hung up. We were told the construction crew had no idea how long this would take to fix and they kept finding more and more water damage. We were called by an employee of the complex last night and we were offered three potential options: one month free rent, opportunity to move to another unit, or a free termination of the lease. Mind you, the weather has been extremely cold lately. Our master bedroom where all of this garbage is being taken care of gets EXTREMELY COLD. This is going on almost two weeks now and my husband and I are extremely upset. They promise you a time of when they will show up to work and they absolutely do not adhere to it whatsoever. We can't use our master bathroom either and so much plastic is hung up that we can barely move in our master bedroom. The sound of rustling all night keeps him and I up and we both are exhausted and cold. I wish we lived somewhere else because I have been driven to tears with how defeating this is. We pay close to $3000 month to live here and it's horrible what we are going through. I know I am not the only one dealing with this. I am seeing other reviews of this same exact problem. HIRE CONSTRUCTION WORKERS WHO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING THE FIRST TIME. I have been nothing but nice and patient with these people and they are on my absolute last nerve. Don't let the curbside appeal get you. DO NOT LIVE HERE. IT IS AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE."

"As a couple other reviews mentioned- there were some issues with the fire/CO alarms but they eventually took care of it and rewarded everyone for having put up with it. With a brand new construction it doesn't surprise me that there were some things still needing ironed out after we moved in. That said, the apartments are spacious, new, and have amazing kitchens. Leasing office staff is friendly. Wanted to add an update: Nicole in the leasing office is the best. Her friendliness and service truly goes above and beyond."
