"A wonderful place to live. My wife and I lived here for over 3 years and the place was great! The property manager Elizabeth was great, very friendly, and quick to answer questions or respond to concerns. Very spacious apartment and lease comes with access to a 24/7 fitness room and a pool in the spring/summer. The rent prices were reasonable too. Highly recommend!"

"The neighbors are nice in my building. The water heater makes popping noises when heating up. I can hear the neighbors heater upstairs as well so I’m sure it’s just a water quality thing. Other than that, the place is nice. It’s dated inside, but it’s nostalgic to me."

"Orchard lakes was one of me and my fiances top picks between the 3 apartments that we had in mind. I used to live here as a little girl and now i am coming back again at 20 years old. Quiet community, Awesome staff and maintenance workers, also the pool is always kept so clean! Stacy is such a incredible representative at the apartments. Great personality and she is so thorough with how she explains things. If you are debating between two apartments like me and my fiance were, choose Orchard Lakes you wont regret it!!"

"I moved in here about 7 years ago. My husband has lived here longer. I've worked for an apartment complex and by far Orchard Lakes Leasing Manager Deanna, Leasing Consultation Stacey and all of the maintenance departments are amazing. Whenever we have had issues they come within a reasonable time frame. They never make us feel unimportant no matter what the circumstances are. If I could have rated higher I would. This is a wonderful place to live! I plan on living here for a long time. Take it from someone who has worked in apartments this place is great."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE! The office manager is unprofessional. They leave past due letter at your door OPEN so that other tents can see what you pay in rent. Not only that they NEVER APPLY your rent to the right account. So an open letter is often left at your door, when you have paid your rent. There also has been many times when they added another tent rent to your account as well. SMH I looking for a new apt, I don’t need messing with my account anymore. And they are always trying you bill you when you get something checked in you apt as well, when it should be covered. About a year ago there other manager and office rep was Great, Never had problems. But now it has gone to crap. DON’T EVER MORE HERE."
