"Absolutely disgusting of a hotel. Run down rooms and bad ambience, no upkeep, the pool is gross on the bottom, rude staff and the food is horrible, the morning cook has no idea how to cook. The manager Jon is an embarrassment to the hotel. Stay away."

"Stayed here in November. Reserved on Marriott app with a set base rate. Front desk tried charging me an additional $20 than my reservation before I pointed out that I reserved online, and had proof. When I stated I would show him, he said, “no it’s okay, what’s the price?”. Pretty shady business practice by this location. They tried charging the individuals in front of me $20 more for the night than the Marriott site was stating as well. The door of the room I was put in, had a gap around the door. I stuffed the bottom with a towel, but noise pollution came through fairly severely."

"It is located next to the airport but in an industrial area. There are not many views, but the inside is quaint. It has a small gym area with cycling and a free weight area. There's also a bar and eatery a little pricey $8.55 for a bowl of oatmeal. It's probably just keeping pace with food in the area. Overall, a good nights sleep and a friendly staff."

"This hotel has the most friendly staffs. The front desk lady helped me with the shuttle service and I was able to get to the Airport without any issues. The Shuttle driver name was Jong and he was very friendly to my kids and gave them candies. The personal touch is what separates them. Thank you Courtyard by Marriott at Wood Dale, and personal thank you to Jong for his amazing service!"

"We stayed here to be closer to the airport for our flight the next morning. They gave us a free upgrade because of our points. Since we came in after dinner we didn't really get to enjoy the balcony, but everything, especially the bathroom was so clean! I mean WHITE as white can be--clean. I didn't really like the separated suite but it could be helpful if the other person is doing work or watching TV. It was also odd how the bathroom was set up with the sink in the hall like cheap motels. You can tell that the property has recently been renovated but the heater woke me up a few times. It was so loud when it came on and it squeaked when turning off. There is a fitness room with very basic equipment if you're in need of a quick workout. I also decided to forgo the $20 breakfast and just ate at the airport. Other than that, checkout was extremely easy, and the airport shuttle driver showed up on-time and left for the first ride at 07:00 on the dot. Jong, the driver, is also a great conversationalist. He honestly brightened my day and helped me take my mind off of my upcoming long flight. Also, the close-proximity to the airport is a plus!"
