Lake+House Apartments

"Things you need to know about these apartments before you get stuck in a lease with them. There are Lots of package thieves, it will be very difficult for you to receive your packages, receiving one package feels like winning a lottery, you will spend most of your time on phone calls reporting missed packages and its so inconvenient, most sellers will not refund your money if a second package is lost so you will keep losing your hard earned money and suffer the inconvenience of having to go in store to buy simple things. Food deliveries are also stolen if you don't get there in time to pick it. (In 2 minutes) The Manager will never speak to you, always on a phone call if you try to reach her. Only time you get to hear from her is when extra charges have been added to your already paid rent bombarding you with emails to pay 50$ by "certified Funds" Not online but certified Funds so you will also suffer the inconvenience of having to go in and out of the bank monthly. Any complaints will not be taken seriously by management. Noisy neighbors, you can't even rest in your own apartment after a long work day. Everything here just so frustrating. It's not worth the Rent money We pay."

"I have lived here for over a year and I love the apartment complex. The amenities are great & the apartments I would consider very affordable for all that you are getting. Maintenance if needed is very speedy and helpful. Love it in the summer for the nice walking path and pools. Absolutely love the indoor pool as well, not often do you see indoor pools at apartment complexes so that’s a huge plus!"

"Just moved in to Lake + House Apartments. The experience was smooth and effortless. The leasing agents are friendly, funny and very easy to work with. I leased my unit on short notice and without having even seen my new home. During my first walkthrough, I was impressed. The apartment is in pristine condition and the kitchen is a cooks dream. I've had the chance to meet a few neighbors. They have all been helpful and willing to answer any questions I have had. Still very new here, but I know this will be a good fit for me."

"This place is so beautiful... I cannot express how much I love it here. They have really nice apartments with decent appliances. The staff is also really nice and quick to respond. The overall environment is quiet and relaxed. My favorite part is all the wild life we see (turtles, ducks, birds, fish, frogs) and they are all very used to being around humans. They also have an apartment complex that is specifically for people with pets (there is a cute dog park right by it)."
