"If I was able to I would put ZERO stars.. I can't believe this building hasn't been condemned..this is truly the projects of Wheaton. This complex is filled with roaches and rodents!!!!! Management and COLDWELL BANKER NAPERVILLE should be ashamed of themselves!! Clearly no one has morals or values..allowing people to live like this. I was misled as the realtor stated the problems had been taken care of..I am now without a place to live because of their deceit. The Health Department and City of Wheaton are aware of these issues. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!"

"Horrible horrible apartments I can not stress enough to not move here. Immediately started seeing roaches and yellow water after we moved in. Maintenance and management was a joke and gives you no help and keeps trying to convince you to stay and act surprised when they first hear about roaches or anything. Had to call multiple times because management would never fix issues until threatened. I can not emphasize enough to not move here unless you want stress or headaches. This place should be condemned"
