"Looking around for an apartment and I called this place. Was greeted VERY rudely. Mentioned I had seen an ad on apartments.com and the associate argued with me and spoke to me very unprofessionally. Did not even try to talk to me about apartments just kept repeating there was nothing available. A GOOD associate would have mentioned when the next ones were available and tried to get commission on selling me one at a later date. I know many friends in leasing and they would never speak to possible renters this way. I am outraged by the disrespect. Need to train your employees what proper customer service is."

"This place has been an absolute nightmare since moving here. Bad: It takes weeks of calling to get some sort of maintience is bad. I have had to call multiple times for several weeks about our air conditioner being broken in July. Bad time for that. However, when the maintience guys do come, they are nice, professional, and effective, which is a stretch at this place. Worse: Neighbors. One family occupies at least 4 apartments in our building, with who knows how many in the next, and feel that they have ownership over it all. Why they don't just chip in and get a house is beyond me. Worst: The landlord Ken. He is a slimeball, dishonest, liar. He is only around at the end of the month to collect rent checks. Not only that, but I have been calling every day, Monday - Friday, for the past 12 days at 7:30 am. I have not gotten a call back once. Do yourself the favor and stay away from this horrid place!"
