"I have lived here for 5 years now and honestly have no complaints. Owner/Management changed about two years ago ( TGM Retreat At Danada ) and they have been amazing. They have improved so many things in that short amount of time. The biggest change was having all the apartments renovated . I was very impressed at how amazingly organized this was. They were in and out in 3 days ! They also cared enough to come back and make sure we were happy with everything. TGM also power washed windows and siding of all building exteriors, fixed sidewalks, installed new lighting and signage, and took on the needed task of caring for all of the many trees on the property. Areas of landscaping that had been in poor condition are now attractive with plants and hard scape. Office staff are wonderful - pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Maintenance is absolutely stellar. The complex is very quiet and safe with friendly neighbors. Dog walking is made easy with sidewalks meandering throughout the property. The location is great - easily walkable to Jewel, Whole Foods, Pete’s, Aldi’s, Walgreens, and CVS. Also the area has many walk to retail shops and restaurants. There is easy access to highways and trains. Wheaton’s vibrant downtown is minutes away. Each apartment has its own garage and private entrance. Planned tenant events are great fun.TGM is also notable for being involved in community based charities. TGM Retreat At Danada is a great place to live and I don’t plan to move anytime soon !"

"I was amazed at the size of the apartments when I visited TGM Retreat. Not only do they have exceptionally large apartments they come with an attached garage, which is great. This property makes you feel like you are living in a townhome with the individual entrance and attached garages to your apartment."

"At first it seems great but there are slim Amenities, apartments are older and starting to show that through cracks and leaks. Kitchen and Bath Reno were very nice. All interaction with office staff must be through appointment only. and they are not the friendliest of people, although they are not mean, and will help when reached out to, they just don't go above and beyond for their residents. Club house is off limits to residents. Pool was closed for a portion of this summer and it was freezing when we could use it. Garage is nice to have if you are looking for that. Clean area and residents keep to themselves and are friendly. There are better places to live in the area unless you are directly looking for a personal garage. . Rent increase was insane as well! We moved to a another complex for way less each month."
