"I come to apply to this apartments and the ladies at the office were super nice but the manager has 0 professionalism. If I could give 0 stars. The manager is the most rude and unprofessional person ever. Every time you want talk she will interrupt you but yet want be the only person talking. She was rude since the beginning and when I told her I didn’t want the apartment anymore because of the way she came at me , she was so mad and she start rising her voice at me like I’m her child. I told I didn’t want to discuss with her but she wanted to keep talking like it was a competition. She’s too old to be having does type of arguments. Probably she needs another training on how to deal or talk to customer that are interested in her apartments. She had a big attitude like she hated life. Probably she needs to retired. Her being that age and acting that way is very shameful."

"This place is a joke. I can’t stand the property manager! She’s rude with a very bad attitude. She only looks out for her kind. This was my first apartment. I lived here by myself for about 5 years. In the beginning I had no issues but then the office started to pick on me. I was the only African American person in my building and I was a target. I was blamed for everything! The property manager is racist and had the nerve to hang up in my face while we had a conversation on the phone. Not sure how she still has a job. They try to control who comes to visit you. It’s like you’re living with your parents. They towed my car multiple times even when they have all of my information on my vehicle just because my parking pass was not displayed where they could see. I’ve seen multiple cars that werent working and sitting or visitors with no parking pass and those cars were never touched. The only thing good about this place were the maintenance men. They were very helpful and nice. When I moved out, they had the damn nerve to charge me for a PAPER parking pass that I misplaced and had for FIVE FREAKING YEARS! Gotta be kidding me. Smh lol My carpet was kept in good shape for 5 years and they charged for that too. The security door on the outside of my building was broken the whole time i lived there. Anyone could just walk right in. I’ve expressed that many times as i lived alone and nothing was done, but yet, they were worried about who’s visiting me! Washers and dryers are gross and have taken my money countless of times. Dryer doesn’t try completely. You’re better off going to the laundromat. My neighbor across the hall had a million of people living with them, one of their folks walked right into my apartment while I was washing clothes. This whole place is a joke. Pay the extra money to get something better. Don’t move here if you’re any other race but Indian. If you want to be monitored by your parents AKA the office, then this is the place for you."

"PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU APPLY! They’re very nice here at first. As soon as you move in that changes. You then become one of 800 units that one lady manages(when there is an issue she will mention this to you. But then if you mention something personal they will straight up tell you that’s your problem). After this point it doesn’t matter that this is your home, they treat it like they own it and don’t really seem to care that people live there. MULTIPLE times they have went into my apartment with improper notice or no notice at all, but every time, they never consulted me to discuss when would be an appropriate time and day. It’s safe to say that here they are incredibly rude to the tenants. They do not care about the safety of your pets or kids or home while you are not there. They have entered my apartment multiple times without notice and each time left small parts behind my cat could have ate. When my frustration with them eventually boiled over and I expressed it verbally(after several unhappy emails, slowly getting angrier), they evicted me. But they didn’t evict me legally, they made a shady deal with me under the table to get me to leave. They made sure I paid for my actions but suffer no consequences for their own. Also they evicted me on a day that they brought me a new ac which I had been complaining about for 2 years they finally replace. After they ask me to take off work to get the new a/c (which I got in trouble for) not even an hour later they asked me to leave and refused to renew my lease. Very rude, foreign manager can’t even type a comprehensive email in English. The women working in the office are also rude to the tenants. I think they forget that it’s part of our rent money that is paying their salaries."

"I THINK THE BAD REVIEWS COME FROM PROBLEMATIC people. I have a friend living on the building next to me and like me doesn't complain about living here. We love it! It all depends on the neighbors you get I guess, our neighbors are quiet. We have lived here a 3 years now. It's affordable and office ladies are friendly and not racist at all. I am Hispanic and they have always been the sweetest to us, we are actually trying to get our families to move here. Only a few cons like drying/washing machines breaking down once in a while and people speeding in the parking lot, also people from Green Valley ignoring the stop sign by the entrance. You have to watch out for those crazy drivers. Be respectful and you'll get the service you want!! It's that simple!"

"Not sure why there's so many bad reviews. But I have been living here over a year and not a single problem. I kept moving every year because I've had issues with bad management at other apartments. I'm sure I'll renew my lease next year too. Management here is very responsive when I need stuff done. They are not racist. I am Hispanic and the ladies are very nice and welcoming. My neighbors are really nice they help me when I have groceries, and they have helped me with my car getting stuck in the snow."
