I cannot believe they are still in business with how unresponsive every employee was our entire duration of working with them...until they wanted our lease breaking check, of course. Yet somehow, 9 months after move out, I have received more correspondence then I did while renting with them. I am STILL being contacted about inspections, maintenance requests (that were never addressed until we left) and setting up my bank account in the renters portal.
