"Appointments are scheduled for hour intervals and you are not seen at your scheduled appointment. Appointments can take up to 3-4 hours. Overbooking and disorganized. Suggestion, don't book in hour intervals, care that your patients are autistic and cannot be put back and forth into rooms for questioning if they are not use to it. Book intervals for seeing patients with that one patient in mind. And I had to come back a second time because I couldn't be completed with my son in the time I was there. And I wasn't seen till an hour and 15 minutes after my appointment. Wouldnt suggest if you cannot clear your whole day just to wait to be seen. Appointments don't mean anything here."
