Evergreen Terrace Apartments

"They need to get rid of this place or at least gentrify it. Surrounding homes get worried of the people living in those apartments."

"12/25/2020. I felt safe to visit a dear friend I hadn't seen in over a year. She cooked a wonderful Christmas Dinner. There's Security Guards there to check u in with the proper identification & foreknowledge of u coming to visit."

"This place is filthy if you have somewhere else to go do that!! It’s now called riverwalk homes due to new ownership. And besides them remodeling their office and hiring new security they havent done anything for the residents. They say it’s in “negotiation” But put new washers and dryers in the laundry(they’re not free of course) and they painted on top the already over painted hallways smh these places need to be torn down and rebuilt. Idk how a lot of these filthy people are still here when it’s in the lease to keep your unit clean nor do I understand how the cleaning staff is still employed and they don’t do their job smh this place is horrible and nasty!! The plumbing is bad the water smells like rotten eggs and there’s always water sitting in the drain of your tub which comes up when you turn on the water. Eww!! Just don’t come here if you have other options please do yourself a favor. I’d like to give them no stars but that’s not an option. Then the parking passes and visitor passes. You can only have three visitors a month and they go into the nice new clean office for a pass then come to which ever filthy building you’re in."

"I think evergreen is a great place to live especially for those who wants to better themselves for something better. It pretty must like everything else you do or have. You just make the Best of it. The only problems i have is the mouse, roaches, and the fact that the walls are very thin and people can hear everything you do. The loud music can be distrubing at times. People act as if they the only one in the building. But that still due to the thin walls. I'm also not to happy with the new rule they have. They trying treat us like prisoners, i feel as long as we pay our rent it shouldn't matter who we allowed in and out ours apartment. Although i don't have conpany much unless it's my kids birthday or a holiday for my family to come out here. But its okay for the people in the offices to have they family and friends to come as they please out their homes. I don't get it!! Some people have been through enough in they life or going through something they don't needs to be treated like prisoners. Everygreen can't get no safer then what its already is, look where we at right in the middle of the hood. Look at all these people who never had nothing they given an apartment, If they wasnt raise right and taught right from wrong how do everygreen expect for people to take care of evergreen or follow the rules. I'm done i just hope everything work out for us all and evergreen don't put people out for stupid reasons and people start to appreciate the little things they have and not take it for granted!"

"I have lived here since 10/2013. As another stated Evergreen Terrace just like most things is what you make it. Besides the notorious towing and lack of parking. The only set back is the garbage is collected in the building and the roaches are sometimes a problem if you don't partner with the exterminating service. I believe we'll always have them because of the garbage within lived other places never had them the garbage bins were outside. It's cleaner and safer than Larkin Village where my rent was triple what I pay."
