"I lived in Orchard Hills for 8 years. I had a great experience. Staff was always kind and courteous. Repairs were completed in a timely manner. Snow removal was early and often. Apartment was clean and renovating when I moved in. Highly recommend!"

"I have been living here at OH Apartments for 2 years now. Upon moving in, new floors had been installed, carpets were replaced, and fresh paint coated the walls. In the winter, snow removal is taken care of in a timely manner, both the sidewalks and parking lot which are brightly lit up at night, making me feel safe. Management does a fine job at keeping this apartment complex safe with their yearly inspections and are very attentive when it comes to repairs. Another plus- it’s a walk away from the Metra for an easy commute to/ from the city. Highly recommend."
