"I drove 25 minutes to a scheduled showing just to show up to a closed office with no sign of it being closed. I could hear people in there and they heard me knocking. I called the office a few times and no one answered. They didn’t even bother to call me ahead of time to cancel my showing nor called me back. Extremely unprofessional to say the least. If this is the initial service they provide and are comfortable with I can’t imagine what it’s like renting through them. Save your time, gas and effort and look elsewhere."

"They use to have an awesome management team that was friendly and coordinated with residents when they needed assistance. The last couple years management has constantly changed. The latest management team is not the best. The office is hardly ever open. Nobody answers the phone. The rent goes up and the apartments are very outdated. If you put in a request with maintenance, the drag fixing things, and when they finally show up to fix things, they half way fix or replace it with used items."

"I have lived here for about 3 years. I absolutely love it and management is always very helpful and all smiles. Anything you need, they will help. The maintenance men are so sweet and always get to my apartment the same day when I need fixing. Nexxus (hopefully I’m spelling her name right) is the manager and she keeps everything in order. She always asks how me and the kids are doing and if we need anything. Great community and all my neighbors are awesome people. 10/10 would recommend."

"If you’re paying with a check make sure you take a picture before you drop it in the slot. They tried charging an $100 late fee when we have proof of paying on the 4th before office closing times. Lived here since 2014 and never had a problem with past managements but new management is never in the office. They close as they please even though it says 6pm online. It’s also so hard to get in touch I’ve called 6times this week trying to make an appointment since they keep the door locked. Still no answer, I hope they can hire more people if being short staffed is the issue."
