"such a great place to live at I’m always at peace over here. Great workers at the office as well and miss Yuli is such an awesome helper and worker. I honestly recommend"
"Unfortunately, the Google review service does not allow leaving zero stars, so in order to leave my comment I must leave at least one, although I tell you on the basis that neither these apartments nor the tenant service deserve it at all. I have never known property management as inefficient as they are in these apartments. Don't be fooled and don't fall into their game, the best thing you can do is turn around and not even make an appointment to see the apartments because if you sign, I assure you it will be the worst mistake of your year. I tell you a little about my experience. It's worth reading, you'll thank me later. At first it seems to be all good to get you hooked and sign a one-year contract, but you can't imagine what a big headache it has been for my family to live here. If you have a major emergency in your apartment, they won't fix it for a month, not even if the roof is falling on you or there is a leak so big that you can't even use the apartment. Property management's excuse for everything is to say that they don't have enough staff and thus they wash their hands. The community is not bad but both the staff and the apartments are the worst I have experienced in this country. They never want to assist you, they don't answer your emails or calls. If you are lucky enough that they read the email you sent and respond, basically it is as if they had not responded because you keep receiving emails asking you the same thing over and over again. If you have any administrative problem, don't bother calling or writing because your question or problem will never be resolved. The only way is to go to the office directly if you are lucky enough that the office is open and they do not make you lose half a day to solve it. This nightmare began very shortly after arriving in that community. And even though I wanted to leave before, they don't even give you the option of transferring the contract, the only way is to pay 3 months' rent to be able to leave. They are excellent at seeking to charge you. They deserve zero stars in terms of respect for the tenant's time. My nightmare of living here is finally over and I even left the apartment with major failures that were reported 2 and 3 months ago, which were reported using the tenant portal, by mail, by call and in person. And even then they were not able to solve these problems. All I can do is say that they are excellent at knocking on your door and charging you every cent, but when it comes to helping you solve the problems in the place where you live and where you live with your family, they only close the door in your face. I come back and repeat: the worst place to live are these apartments."
"pls do not waste your time or money moving here.. from the moment i started my application in early april, i have had nothing but constant issues with this property and bc i was desperate and wasted $350 in fees i decided to make the huge mistake to live here. when i was approved, it took them 3 months send me my lease and outline of my move-in fees. i didn’t get any of that until a day or two before my scheduled move in date. keep in mind i applied, early april and didn’t move in UNTIL JUNE 9th.. they never answer the phones or never in the office, and they claim it’s bc they’re short staffed but let’s be serious it doesn’t take two broads to answer a phone, and you wouldn’t be so backed up in work if your job was done correctly and efficiently to begin with. the buildings stank like armpits and garbage, neighbors act like they on the west side of chicago, and the gate got a gangsta lean to it that it can’t even close so anybody and they mama can stroll thru here. this community so broke that the leasing office can’t even have they own building, they gotta be jammed up in a mini two bedroom apartment. there’s no amenities, so you’re paying $1500+ for some dirty vinyl floors, roaches, and out dated bathrooms. overall, my experience here was straight cheeks and the leasing office (especially miss crystal) are the most useless humans i have ever had to encounter in my life. they should’ve been swallowed."
"This place is terrible with their service. Office closed at random times when they claim to be open, maintenance orders go unanswered, price spikes, a "security gate" that we pay for that remain open all thru the night. They will tow your car even with a pass in the window, I've dealt with unruly neighbors that caused the cops to come several times and the office did not take action in a reasonable fashion so other tenants are left to deal with the outcome. This place may not be the place for you or your family so take heed."
"The staff started out nice. Overall, this company is very unprofessional. How dare you ask for a deposit, and the renter is not guaranteed an apartment. Take your time giving them back their deposit. Better yet, don't answer your phones when the person is calling. No office can be that busy. The times I did speak to someone, I felt as if they were telling me anything to get me off the phone. It has been months, and I still have not received my deposit. I feel like taking legal action."
