"Brookdale Lakes is a well maintained and a beautiful apartment complex I moved to Brookdale Lakes very recently and was impressed with everything. Staff is excellent and very friendly. Special mention to Hamida & Chelsey at the Leasing office who are very responsive and helpful. Hamida was kind enough answer all my queries patiently. Would definitely recommend this apartment complex."

"I just want to say, brookdale lakes is a phenomenal place to be. Me and my mom moved out to the area suddenly this summer and they have welcomed us with open arms and kindness. Even on move in day, the neighbors introduced themselves to us and we even met one of the staff here. He was super nice and reassured us of the neighborhood and if we needed any help with anything in our apartment, they would be on it right away. We felt right at home already! Fast forward 2-3 months, it’s been amazing to live here. Had countless pool days, amazing runs around the neighborhood, awesome summer nights on our balcony and even pizza and bbq parties that brookdale apartments hosts in the clubhouse. Not to mention, setting up the apartment to our liking. Just an amazing experience so far all around and I’m so grateful to be here and thankful for brookdale lakes community !"

"I am so happy to call Brookdale Lakes my new home! Let me first say that the Leasing Team, specifically Kathryn has been absolutely wonderful, attentive, professional, kind and caring. The application process was very easy and all of my questions, calls and emails were promptly answered. I really love my new apartment. The upgrades, amenities and cleanliness very well met my standards when looking for a new home and I absolutely LOVE my balcony with the water view. It just seems like a very nice community. On move in day, some of the neighbors walking by welcomed me and my son and introduced themselves. We even met Pedro from maintenance who stopped over as well, introduced himself and made us feel at ease if we needed anything and how to request any maintenance concerns or issues. "Brookdale Lakes is a great place to call home. I have been here for over 11 years. I planned on only staying a year after downsizing but my experience here has been amazing! The staff has always been so nice and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable here. Maintenance takes pride in their quality work and response. The residents here are like family, getting together for events and making this a safe community. Of course great amenities, pool, hot tub, exercise room and much more. A safe and beautiful place to call home. ❤️"

"Brookdale lakes provided me with the best customer service in Naperville! I was greeted by Chelsea and Kathryn, and treated with 5-star treatment upon my arrival. This community is beautiful, and has top quality upgrades in the apartments. Not to mentioned a 24 hour fitness center. It’s also close to Shintos and the expressway and the Fox valley mall! Thank you Chelsea and Kathryn. You guys are the best."
