"For the last few years I have repeatedly had leaking in my unit which has never once been addressed. This has resulted in the development of black mold in the walls of the unit. Haven Saint Charles is very poorly managed. The “Property Managers” are completely incompetent. There are many safety issues with the building itself such as leaking and mold, exposed electrical wires. Would not recommend. The property managers and building owner do not care about the safety, health and well-being of the tenants. The way they advertise and describe the property verses the reality of living here should be criminal. There is absolutely no 24- hour maintenance. Nothing is ever fixed and surely not done properly. They should be ashamed of themselves. The building is owned by Evergreen real estate."

"The Haven is a great community overall but the property manager under current ownership is unqualified and not a people person. The last manager under the previous owner was more qualified and easier to work with. For example the current property manager will email you several screenshots from a pdf file, to instruct you on how to go to the website for making rent payments, repeatedly, over and over for weeks, without checking for themselves if any of the steps, actually work. Next thing you know 2 months go by, tons of wasted email correspondence, and you learn there is nothing the property manager can do for you, because that person already tried their hardest by sending you a bunch of screenshot instructions from a pdf file that do not work! The maintenance crew is very good and timely with responding and finishing jobs. Walls are paper thin, everybody can hear everybody. 90% of the tenants are very nice people."

"I LOVE my new apartment. It’s aboslutely gorgeous, and I always get compliments from friends about how beautiful it is. They’re newly remodeled, and I knew upon the viewing that I wanted to live here. The new management is super friendly and helpful. They’re very quick to reply, regardless of the urgency of the situation. The maintenance crew ALWAYS fixes any issues if anything goes wrong, even after hours, free of charge. Haven is truly MY haven."

"Where do I start... Lisa is the BEST leasing agent I've ever dealt with. She helped me out when I was first singing up for the apartment. She emailed me, and even CALLED ME, after hours to make sure i did it correctly. So, since she gave me AMAZING customer service, I made sure to finish it timely, and she emailed me JUST as timely. She is an amazing leasing agent, and has shown me the same as a landlord. The apartment i first saw was not renovated. But the apartment i moved into... had brand new floors, appliances, walls, carpets... and looks amazing!!! I want to thank a TON to lisa and the contractors, who did amazing job on the space. I know she works two locations during the week, but she made it seems like she only works with me specifically... (: She is the sweetest, most understanding, and AMAZING, landlord I've ever talked to. Thank you for everything. ♡"
