"I just wanted to give a great rating for the amount of patience and understanding I received, being new to the area I had a lot of questions and was probably a big pain. Just wanted to give a big thanks to a Jonna Harrison for putting up and having to deal with my every concern and answering every question. She made the experience very smooth and easy never getting frustrated or upset and always maintaining her cheerful and supportive demeanor, made for a exceptionally pleasant experience."

"Property is not at all what is shown in the model. Office staff is rude and does not want to hear or address concerns. They cancel maintenance tickets that are submitted for legitimate issues such as plumbing and electrical!"

"The initial fixed price for the contract is 2370$ however I am currently paying 2700 and plus aside from that I also have to pay for electricity separately although it was state that I wouldn't have to pay the electricity bill however in terms of safety and comfort there are no cons."

"I viewed the apartments when we were visiting family and had the possibility of moving to the area due to work. I called and spoke with Jonna and she was very friendly and professional. She was more than happy to schedule me for a tour. I loved the location of the property right next to the river. Jonna was greeted with a smile and was, again, friendly and professional through the tour. She answered all of my questions (I asked a lot) and is a great representation of The View Apts. The location is great and the property is beautiful with a lot of amenities and great floor plans. Unfortunately, due to work we had to relocate to a different area. If things change and I decide to St. Charles is the place for me, I will be reaching out to Jonna to complete the process."
