"The walls are paper thin, we could hear our neighbors doing EVERYTHING. There were Cockroaches every summer. My personal belongings were damaged by maintenance when they had to repair water leaking straight from out upstairs neighbors bathroom and when they painted the balcony above our patio. Our fridge was broken pretty much the whole time we lived there, it went out multiple times and would constantly leak water from the freezer. They refused to replace it until it completely stopped working and I had to throw a bunch of food away. The laundry machines were always broken and eating money, which they refused to reimburse. I could hear rodents running through the walls at night. The mold was so bad due to absolutely no air circulation, after only a summer of storing a leather jacket and shoes in the coat closet, they were covered in mold. It was so bad there that I paid to get out of my lease early and it was the best $800 I have ever spent. The only good thing about this place is that it's cheap, but because they raise the rent so much every year they don't even have that going for them anymore."

"The management are very kind and getting maitenance is fast. The rent is very high though for the very old buildings. They also do a terrible job at maintaining their parking standards. There are so many people who have guests over and instead of having them park in the guest parking, they allow friends and family to just park in the closest parking spots and they will sit there all day, sometimes even a few days in a row!! So if you are one of the unfortunate people who are handicapped or have to carry equipment/groceries often, good luck parking close. Unbelievable. Why even pay for a parking sticker when Cunat staff don't even maintain their standards?"

"My wife and I had to move due to black mold! When we got out of our lease they refused to give us back our security deposit! We called the health department because black mold is dangerous! I wish I could give 0 starts!"

"If I could give no stars I would! Moved in December of 2018 and was out by September 2019 because the apartment had black mold all over!! Since theirs only 2 windows and no vents, There was no way for the moisture to leave! We had to Throw away so many clothes, shoes, my sons pack n play and his crib was covered in it! All over the walls and windowsill! It also floods in the livingroom during heavy rainfall!! I wish I could post pictures of all the mold!!"
