"Ever since the day I met Stephanie the manager at Hillcrest Apts.she has been nothing but an absolutel awesome lady..and a blessing.. You always feel like they actually listen to what your saying ... They work with you on every matter no matter how big or small and the buildings are kept up real nice .. ., I love where I live and am so greatful for the opportunity to be living there... Everyone at HillcrestApts is awesome and if their not they don't last long ☺️☺️"

"Management and ownership could work together to improve maintenance issues and emergencies. They are not very fast at fixing problems. You have multiple units that are still waiting for water heater replacements. It took me 6 months to get hot water back in my apartment. The fence that was knocked down two months ago still isn't fixed. Constant drug deals in the parking lot in front of kids everyday. And apparently the owner doesn't have a clue who is living here since he just responded with you don't live here and is there anything I can do to improve things. Ya answer the phone and take care of your tenants needs and stop making excuses like we don't have a maintenance guy so it can't be fixed at this time."
