"Terrible construction. The floors creak, I hear everything from my neighbors. Every time my neighbors walk my walls vibrate and my wall hangings move. The drain in the crawl space stinks, even after they capped it. Super disappointed with my rental!"

"Beware of renting an apartment in the Volo complex as they will violate tenant protection laws. My family member signed a lease with them and needed to terminate it early. He notified them in early September, paid the required fees and scheduled the lease to end on Oct 31. He did not live there between the time that he provided notice and the end of his lease but did leave a few of possessions, including a brand new $2000 bed. He went to the unit on Oct 30 to remove his possessions and found the apartment completely empty. He then went to the office to ask where his items were and the woman there said someone must have broken in and stolen his things or he must have moved them and forgot. (Really!?! Who moves a giant bed and forgets?) She insisted they hadn’t entered the apartment but it was evident in her body language that she was lying. Our assumption is, knowing he was moving out, they thought he had vacated the apartment and cleaned it out, without his knowledge or permission, prior to his lease end date. A police report was filed and, while they agree this is the likely explanation, there is nothing they can do to prove they had illegally removed his property."

"WORST APARTMENTS EVER - you pay 918 dollars a month for an apartment with no in-unit ANYTHING (No washer no dryer and no dish washer) you get a fridge and a stove from the 70s - you have baseboard heat - ONE SINGULAR AC unit in the back left corner of your living room - ANTS ARE EVERYWHERE - WASPS ARE EVERYWHERE - Their towing company is AGRESSIVE and UNFORIGIVNG - they towed my friends car over 3 - 4 times out of GUEST PARKING - I have never lived in a worse place. The siding on the outside is mossy gross and hasnt been cleaned or replaced in 15+ years. I can hear EVERY SINGLE MOVEMENT OF MY NEIGHBORS - and i mean EVERYTHING - if the neighbors upstairs shift in bed I can hear it - I cant wait to see if I will get my security deposit back."

"I haven't had the pleasure of dealing with them but their staff is very nice as well as the management as for the material they use im unsure. they are just a management company and they work on single homes but as for what quality type job they do on the job site I can't answer."
