"The staff at this location are rude, incompetent, and very unhelpful. They can't be bothered when you have a simple question. I waited 5 minutes for the girls to stop talking amongst themselves. When I was finally acknowledged so i could ask a question about the prescription food they couldn't help and told me to look online. I asked if I could speak to someone that could help, I was told everyone was too busy. I wonder how these techs treat our pets when they are dropped off for appointments. If it wasn't for Dr. Mo and the surgery she performed on my cat and the kindness i received from her I would have rated this location 1 star. Really disappointing."
