"I would consider renting a hotel room before you sign a lease at Trails West/ Liberty Landing/ Liberty Pointe (Pang apartments)/Bottleworks in stl. There are some great landlords around here. But these people are not one of them. Rent with actual locals, so the money can go back into the community, not into flipping St. Louis slums and trying to make profit."

"Absolutely would stay clear of these landlords. Very hateful people, and the properties they buy and flip, are flipped terribly. Termite and mold damage all covered up with new siding. They couldn’t care less for the tenants, they’ll have workers leaving nails all over the parking lot, while the workers wake you up at 7am blasting music. You will never be able to get ahold of anyone for a problem, you always have to leave a voicemail…. And even then, the people they have working for them can’t fix anything. They just aren’t good people."

"It was good apart I want to go back to my old apartment because the tub has a handle bar and it has my toilet because the toilet is my sink. The only problem was the bathroom is not big and it has gold bumps and my dog Simon is used to that"

"We have lived here for almost two years and have loved it. Apartment manager is fair and available. Anytime we needed anything fixed or checked out it was taken care of in a timely manor. We enjoyed the pool when it was open as well."
