"Updated down to 1 star. I emailed and called like you said, spoke to a secretary and NEVER received an email or call back from anyone. Definitely never giving this place or brand a try again. Very unprofessional and ignores their hiccups 3 stars because we reserved a night here to get away from our kids. Stopped by Walmart and grabbed some suits, we wanted to swim and relax in the hot tub together. Got here and they told us the pool was down being renovated. Okay. Got to our rooms. Got back downstairs and the hot tub was drained and out of operation too. Next time we are going across the parking lot to holiday Inn, they at least have the service we wanted. With no discount to our stay for the false advertisement of the hot tub and pool which is THE ONLY THING we were looking to do at a hotel beings we live 20 minutes away!!!!! But the rooms was nice thin floors listening to kids running down the halls during our private time. Sadly we wont give this place a second try."

"Rooms are small but exactly what I needed for a short trip into town. Breakfast was a good assortment and good quality."

"Went for a friend's birthday just to relax by the pool in the hot tub on a winter day and upon arrival was towed that the pool and hot tub were both closed! Wow! I wish we would have known so we could have went to another location with promising amenities."

"Breakfast was very good and staff were pleasant. Rooms need to be renovated and not with just new pictures. Exterior looks like what you would expect a newer hotel to look ike and the lobby is new but rooms need major upgrades. Shower was yellow and old and sooo squeeky. I felt like I was going to fall through the shower floor. Doors and walls are very thin. In all an ok hotel."

"One of the lowest-quality Hilton brand hotels I’ve stayed in, and I’ve been to dozens this year alone. The cleaning staff barged in in the morning with no notice; the deadbolt did not work and they have no do-not-disturb signs. The hot tub has been broken for at least six months per other reviews, likely much longer, but they still claim it as an amenity. The hallways smelled like a mixture of vomit and cat litter. I’d drive another hour and stay somewhere else."
