"Been a devoted IHG member and have had great confidence that Holiday Inn is one of the best, guaranteed! But this one.... Disappointed with the condition (poor) and cost (high) of this particular hotel. The room was dirty and damaged. Couldn't use clothes rack because it was coming out of the wall. The soap dispenser was broken and you couldn't use it to bathe. The walls and floors were scuffed and soiled. We did relay our concerns and they thanked me for the feedback. Due to our circumstances, it was too late to drive any further and it was the only room available they had. The front desk employee's were kind and friendly. Continental breakfast was great. Have never had a bad stay at a Holiday Inn up until now. Made sure they were aware for future references."

"Do not stay here. Horrible woman at the front desk, thin walls and especially thin floors. Dated and needs a serious update. Worn out carpet, surfaces and bathrooms. Not a good experience, I think that management needs training on how to treat their guests, especially IHG members. So rude. How did I know she would respond! And again rude and defensive. Don't worry, I will not be back."

"This hotel stay unfortunately began with a misleading sales tactic over the phone. I dialed the supposedly "direct" front desk number and was handed off to a third party company who escalated the rates to almost twice that of the advertised price. This place was not worth what was bled from my veins."

"Our third stay and it's always a convenient comfortable mid range venue. The complimentary breakfast is a real plus and sets you up for the day. The parking lot is exceptionally well lit so that's an assuring comfort. Its showing its age but is scheduled for refurb and updating in late 2023. Hopefully that's completed before our next visit because we like it staying here."
