"I had my IUD placed here and Dr. Krol did an excellent job. In an unrelated visit, in August of 2022 Dr. Krol correctly diagnosed an abscess under my skin and advised me to go to the emergency room immediately, where I had emergency surgery to remove the abscess and a 5 day hospital stay thereafter. (An urgent care doctor I saw before her had suspected I had a yeast infection and gave me a prescription and sent me on my way.) My surgeon said I was near septic and I truly believe Dr. Krol saved my life. Thank you, Dr. Krol."

"Some of the reviews I had seen for this office do not do it justice! They were wonderful!! Starting with their staff, the office manager Dragana was very accommodating, professional and could not have been nicer. Dr. Krol was great, she was very thorough! I did not feel rushed at all as she took all the time needed to go over everything! I feel she really sees her patients as a whole, where all your medical needs are met. A very caring Doctor! I feel fortunate that I found her office and would totally recommend them! I would like to add to my previous review; I seriously can't say enough about how wonderful Dr.Krol and her office manager Dragana are. I was in need of a prescription after hours and Dr. Krol took my call while she was working at the hospital and got ahold of her office manager Dragana who called in the prescription that evening and then personally called me from her private number to let me know that it was called in. Very rarely do you see patient care service that is this excellent now a days. If you want to be in good hands, woman for woman is the place to go!"

"Dr. Bilinski and her team are absolutely fabulous! From the receptionist to everyone in the office. Having my first baby, was a HUGE deal, being able to talk to my doctor and ask questions and get answers in a timely manner was a MUST. Dr B was meticulous through the whole pregnancy. Going above and beyond in checks and appointments. She is very knowledgeable in her area and she is always honest and straight to the point. Myself and my baby felt safe under her care. I am happy I was able to find such a great doctor and I will be recommending her to friends and family. Baby and are thriving and that’s due it the great care we received at this location."

"If I could rate this a 0 I would!!! I will never put my foot back into this place again! Back in August, I was referred to go to Dr Krol for a pap smear test. As I came, she was the most rudest and unprofessional doctor I have ever met! She came in the room not evening greeting me or introducing herself. I had to ask what her name was and if she’s Dr Krol! She looked at me with such an angry face with full of hate. I felt a bad vibe about her instantly. Then she asked me to get undressed and to put the sheet over, as she came back in she was so rough and was making me feel very uncomfortable. Telling me if I don’t stay still and calm since it was my first pap smear test I ever took, I was a little nervous how wouldn’t I be the way she acted towards me..instead of being nice and gentle she told me if I dont stay still we can stop right now and to come back when I am ready. Telling me “you’re 35 , I have 17 year olds coming in and doing pap smear test” the way she talked to me in a very rude tone and so aggressively! It was the worst experience I ever had. After this experience, I never want to see this doctor again! Horrible and very bad behavior! Makes me sick to my stomach how you treat your patients! I don’t know how you still have your business running and who would ever want to come to you! If anyone wants to schedule an appointment here, schedule it with the other doctors that work there. Don’t ever go with Dr Krol! Or you might get treated the same way I did. Good luck!"
