"Worst place to get sent for a job screening and hearing test. Way to many people working on shift to have people there more than 3 hours waiting time turned into a 5 hour visit. Need better managements and employees with better people skills and customer service"

"I went to this location for a TB test the staff was friendly testing went great. When I returned to get my results the wait time was extremely long over an hour. And the medical professional ask to see my are in the lobby. I told her for the long wait I can't even get a room. She the apologized and took me to a room. The service was un professional."

"This office was very nice and fast. I went in as a walk in and the process was fast and very good experience. There were 6 people Infront of me to see someone and 8 after me waiting as well in the waiting room. I checked inn, they sent me a text message to register . And after 10 minutes they called me back. They young lady doing my drug test was clear, confident, professional and accurate with the whole process. Thank you ."

"The first interaction was good but could have been better. The receptionist helped me with the key pad after I didn't receive some text messages. Once I completed the necessary paperwork it got much better. The nurse that completed my TB screening was very thorough and helpful. She was to the point but was courteous about it. She also explained everything afterwards and I left. When I returned the second receptionist was much more pleasant and helpful. She made sure I knew what I was doing and asked me if I was ok after the reading of my results and was very polite and made the experience much better overall."

"Arrived at 10:30 am for a med card recertification. They didn’t realize their system didn’t register that I completed the check in on my phone until I was there for about an hour. Once I was taken back, I noticed a couple patients that checked in after me were completed before me. Then they informed me their system went down. I was there for about 4 hours total when they weren’t even busy. I will say the only bright side of this was their staff was friendly."
