"“Julie” called me regarding payment for an appointment I didn’t Even have yet. Couldn’t tell me how much I would be getting charged. Then when told her I didn’t have card on me that I would need to call back in 15 mins or so, she became even MORE rude and said needed to cancel my appointment since not paid 24 hours before… well my appointment was 26 hours away so I actually did have more time to call and give my info. Goodluck now! Definitely take your mental health elsewhere people!"

"I judge any medical services by three things. First, are they reasonably priced. Even though I have good health insurance, If the cost is higher, I am responsible for more. Second, is the provider good at what they do? Third, are the billing services done in an excellent manner? For LifeStance, they check all three boxes. Well Done!"

"I like that it's all exclusive. You have a therapist, psychotherapy, medical evaluations, and even prescribing medicine! Sounds crazy convenient and too good to be true. Well, it is. They overbook the therapist to over work the heck out of them. Contacting the billing department is a joke. And the seperate therapist you need to communicate about your mental health do NOT communicate. Seriously had them say, we won't prescribe you for anything right now because you sound normal over the phone. Go pay to get another evaluation and we can talk again. Oh and bringing up my concerns gets flat out ignored. Waste of money. Waste of time."

"My psychiatrist was dismissive and by her own admission had not read all of my file. She was unprepared and did not know basic things that were reiterated to her through all the documents that have been collected over the years by this institution. I felt invalidated and confused at the end of my appointment and felt that the woman I saw had not taken any time to review any notes in my file. She I asked no clarifying questions and made no attempt to understand past or present struggles before just prescribing whatever I was taking before. She made sweeping generalities based on the little information I was able to provide her and had no compassion or empathy. It was dehumanizing."
