If you are a normal person or have family don’t go here it is only for the privileged. No problem solving if you are middle class. Daniel Pappas also prefers to fire his patients when he personally doesn’t like them. This is a very terrible place for a patient and family of the patient. You will be better served by a crack head. RUN"

"I recently completed the pop and iop at the mokena facility. I found the experience to be very positive. I went in feeling very depressed and very anxious. Everyone I dealt with was very supportive and helpful from Dr Pappas, my consulars Donna and Megan and Kim. The ladies who taught us skills, Kathy and Amanda where amazing. When I left there I feel like myself again. With the knowledge I have obtained I feel like I have the confidence to be able to handle anything"

"This place does not follow ADA adherence, and when I find the number, I will be reporting them to the state! My husband is legally Blind and does not get phone calls for appointments, we have requested this multiple times, and they have never called I myself work in Healthcare as a nurse and know this should be accommodated. All this does is create more stress and mental anguish for people struggling. Even after multiple times of my husband requesting, it was not taken seriously until I got involved. Yet his next appointment was no one called to let him know his appointment was to take place."

"had my first session with this therapist and she claimed i was going to hurt myself and she was concerned for my weight given i have always been tiny, asked my brother to take me to the er and after him agreeing she proceeded to call 911 and have them get me after me denying it multiple times, i had given her no reason to believe i was a harm to myself or anyone and spent 8 hours sitting in a hospital bed and ended up being released after an evaluation where multiple people agreed that her decision shouldn’t have been made on a first session, definitely traumatizing experience, had a panic attack and cried the whole time. it took me a lot to seek help and after this i don’t even want to open up to a therapist in general. shows that you really can’t talk to anyone because they won’t take the time to understand you and will end up sending you to a hospital because they have the power to do that stuff. very unpleased with my experience."
