"Love love love my new MD Traverso , he is so sweet and caring. The office manger Jane Green is absolutely horrible and disgusting behavior. During my office visit in December 2023 I said I would make a payment of $50 towards my bill when I arrived. I forgot my wallet in the next door building because I do work for the hospital also and have my own patients to care for. I asked for billing because I wasn’t going to keep walking back and forth for a $150 bill. Later Jane called me asking for a payment towards my $150 bill. Which it is appropriate to call and ask for. But I did say I will pay it in the mail. She then said “but you said you would pay $50 time of service” that’s called demanding money from a patient. I declined to pay over the phone the first time she asked and now is harassing me for $150 bill. I told her I work in healthcare and that is completely inappropriate to demand money from patients. Jane said she has worked in healthcare for over 30 years and said it is way more than appropriate to do this and that I can find another healthcare provider since I talked back to her. And that Traverso needs to be paid. My insurances pays the office , if I decided not to pay my bill it does go to collection and that’s their job to demand money from me!!! Not a healthcare manager. ITS A $150.00 BILL. I could understand if my bill was thousands of dollars but this is not the case here. The office staff needs a new manager and a better attitude when people ask for a bill in the mail. From the other reviews on Google ,Jane has horrible customer service and terrible patient care."

She always listens and takes time to talk about my concerns as well as provides very good options and directions. Overall enjoy the place, we have been coming here for last 8 years and have no plans to change."

"I've been a patient of Dr. Lin's for 10+ years. During this time, I can truly say that Dr. Lin is very professional, personable, knowledgeable and really takes her time to listen to her patients. When I've needed an emergency call with her, she's made herself available after hours to reach back out to me. We work together as a team with her asking a lot of questions and carefully listening to my responses prior to making decisions regarding my health. Dr. Lin's approach is more centered around patient needs rather than moving the patient out the door without taking time out to show that she's sincere and compassionate about her chosen profession. I cannot say enough as to how much I appreciate her assistant Abbey. Abbey is really on the ball and compliments Dr. Lin well. When Abbey says she's going to call you back she does and does so with answers and directives per Dr. Lin - I love her upbeat personality and sprit. She's definitely someone I'm happy to see on staff at the Family Medical Center of Lagrange."
