"At first they were okay, but I feel my health concerns aren't addressed seriously. I asked for a referral to an ENT (ear, nose and throat specialist), and was denied the request. I worry that it's throat cancer or something more serious, because I've had a sore throat and earache for 3 weeks. It's not a cold. They did a strep test, which was negative. The CoVid test was negative. I don't understand why I have to wait 2 more weeks to have it checked further. Dr. Hussain gaslighted me on my circumstances, as I've been the subject of stalking and harassment over the last 17 years. I moved to California, and it followed me there, and then onto Wisconsin, and then onto Colorado, and then back to Illinois, and each place I moved to, the stalking and harassment followed. This is not a coincidence, so please don't treat me like it never happened or like I'm delusional, which Dr. Hussain did. She was very condescending, in that respect, and stated I was jumping the gun and rushing to conclusions. Why not just have a specialist check it further just to be on the safe side?"

"Haven't been going here long, but my experience has been nothing but amazing. The front desk receptionist are very friendly and the wait time for my appointment was 10 mins long. The benefits department was especially helpful! They have gone above and beyond to help me out with my insurance, and have seen me at my appointments regardless of my insurance being inactive. I would definitely recommend this place to others, the service is incredible."

"DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Worst communication ever! You have to badger them to do everything! They don’t send out your prescriptions, they don’t send your information to the hospital for an ultrasound, they tell you the wrong information and send you to places that don’t accept your insurance! They don’t send you your test results either! I have never been to a place so disorganized and unreliable! They failed to mention I wouldn’t have my doctor when giving birth!! That’s a huge piece of information I needed, so I switched insurance. All in all I won’t be coming back and you should never go here!"
