"I've been going to this place for years. It's time to switch. It just gets worse and worse every time. I call there and try to make an appointment or get a referral and it's like speaking to a Karen. It's not the doctors, it's the staff. You speak to these people, you asked them a question, You let them know what you need and they speak to you like you're a child. Relax lady, you make 40k a year and are 20yrs younger than me. Just do your job and get the information I need. That's all I need you can keep the rest. I'm leaving this hospital and family practice and going to Palos hospital."

"All of the staff - receptionists, nurses, and doctors - were all very professional, patient, and kind. I was greeted with smiles, seen quickly, and I was provided with quality care. Most importantly, the staff took their time compassionately answering my questions and addressing any concerns that I had. This practice is composed of excellent people!"

"The facility is unsettling as it is completely filthy. There are cobwebs in the rooms and the medical equipment is dusty where they check your ears nose and throat. The floors are filthy left over garbage from the other patient prior i doubt they wipe down each room after every patient as the nurse was barley changing the paper on the bed when she sat us in the room. With sick people visiting this clinic daily and the time we live in you would think there would be some type of protocol on sanitation. There are also nats flying around m. Very disappointing"

"The first office right when u walk in straight ahead in the medical offices building I think building 3 are filled with ladies that are rude to patients coming in for the first time and are really no help at all just giving attitude. But the people working in the labs taking out blood and doing X-rays are so patient, explain everything thoroughly and so helpful. They made the experience way better!"

"I was on a healthcare plan HMO that assigned me to a primary doctor here and I was seen by a couple of residents. Even though they were still learning and a bit inexperienced, the care I received was still good and they were attentive to the needs I had. I also felt like they didn't push a certain diagnosis agenda and worked with me for how I'd like to receive care. They also were able to fit me in with appointments relatively quickly within a few days of calling. I was happy with the service I received."
