"The Concentra on 103 Pullman Physical therapy needs to utilize Covid cleaning precautions. They don't clean equipment nor their beds often. I actually never saw them use clean pillow cases or anything being clean for that matter. Didn't even see a bottle of hand sanitizer. I was afraid to get sick and decided not to come anymore"

She came out to check on me in the waiting area as I was drinking water even though I wasn’t expecting to be checked on! I didn’t feel rushed at all… Very kind staff with great education and speedy front desk staff. It was my first time here. Please give Isabel a raise, she deserves it!"
