"When i first went to the office i was seeing dr. Lingerin he was very sweet but ended up stopping doing deliveries. I then started to see dr. Lekovic. Each time i went in to my monthly check ups i had to tell him how far.along i was and what he mentioned he planned on.doing each visit. He didnt know when i got shots.or if i did etc.. he knew nothing about me as a patient... i know doctors have a ton of patients but i felt very uncomfortable throughout my whole first time experience. He could have looked at his charts but never did.. just kinda felt sad i wasnt known. In regards to the office i use to deal with Sharon in billing snd she was very sweet and understanding. I did make my payments and she would always give me a call before running my card and if the exact day wouldnt work she always understood and i ended up calling it in a few days later... the new ladies that work there now have been very helpful but seem to be sort of demanding on when they will be removing the money from my account. About 6 months ago my card was charged without any agreement of there being a withdrawal. Its been a mess. They told me i have to pay my full balance before the payment thing started or else thr doctor wouldnt see me and give me my BC. I dont ever want a first time mother to go through what i did... not to mention my delivery experience was even worse... i hope they change as a practice and i will no longer be going to their office once my balance is paid off which hopefully will be very soon."
