"Me and my wife moved in and have never regretted it. Whenever we had an issue with an appliance, or when our air compressor konked out, pretty much any issue it was taken care of pretty fast. The lawns are well kept, the trash service picks up once a week, at a pretty reasonable price. They just replaced a lot of the gutters on the buildings, Amy is one of the best landlords we have ever had, when there was an issue with a neighbor, they were right on it. See I see some one star reviews, on here, but I have had pretty much a five star experience with these places. Here is a hint for those who have not figured out the formula. Pay your rent and bills on time, and things go really smooth for you! Just saying!"

The staff is super responsive and I’ve never had to wait more than a day to have anything fixed. The neighborhood is quiet which is perfect for raising a family.
