I have a fireplace and I was recently informed that I am one of the lucky ones because out of 200 residents not many have fireplaces and only the third floor would have a fireplace. "The place was nice enough however a lot of people don’t pick up after their dogs and the office staff is very unprofessional and rude they are super nice and helpful when you are signing the lease but after you are treated like an inconvenience Tina especially I had time trouble getting our deposit back they were very reluctant but didn’t say there was anything wrong with the apartment and sent me all over the place to call different people to get it back basically document everything avoid Tina and try to make your apartment seemed like no one has ever lived in it"

"pictures are miss leading on their website. outdated bathrooms and kitchen.and if they do any updates its minor stuff like carpet and flooring. Master shower had weird gunk coming out the inner sides of the shower when water hit the surfaces. dishwasher did not work good at all! they have mold that grows inside randomly and said just to clean with bleach or clorox. oh and they have silver fish. I have photos. Oh and dont get me started on the gym. Their weights have acutally rust all over them. It doesnt seem safe to touch. I get it. its an aged complex but if they had better staff and management in the office then maybe things would improve. and if they acutally caree about improving but then again they can have high rent and do as little improvement as possible, then thats what they will do. But yeah, instead they act nice at first to get you to sign and then switch their attitudes once youre in. Like Tina for instance. Also dont put your parents here because they do not shovel snow inbetween the cars during winter, when parked and evenutally it turns to ice and becomes very dangerous. my mother slipped on the ice that got so packed on and hurt herself bad. All of that couldve been avoided if they just shoveled inbetween the cars before the snow could pile up and get hard. I didnt even bother to complain about it because they do not care and will say youre being the problem. its just a horrible enviroment when having to deal with such mean people. look else where folks. save yourself the headache. Ive spoken to neighbors about the problems and staff but because they cant afford to break there lease they deal with it. do yourself a favor. dont take no for an answer and look at the apartment they are offering you before you leave a deposit and visit everything and do a deep dive inside the apartment. you will see for yourself. but sadly you might be like us and it might be too late and get trapped into a contract."

"What a great place. Close to everything. Management is friendly and if I have a problem, they address it. If you need something fixed one of the maintenance crew is there fast. I love my apt. and the pool. Good place for retired people."

"My daughter actually picked out my two bedroom apartment for me when I was in a rehab center from an injury that I got. I was welcomed very warmly and a year later I am very pleased and happy with my home, the office staff has been top notch and friendly. Always helpful and when I have had to have maintenance to do repairs they have been very quick responding and thorough. I enjoy my new home and have now been here one year."
