"Horrible customer service, staff is always rude, and they’re always changing my appointments. I was supposed to get blood work and their excuse was that I was a hard stick when I told them from where they always take out my blood, the girl didn’t even poke me right, and they wanted to send me to the hospital where they are going to charge me $250 like an emergency visit just for blood work so for them to end up drawing my blood from the same place that I told them. Im definitely switching from doctor because this is ridiculous."

"I unfortunately need to submit negative feedback regarding my last experience with Dr. Uday Paul. When I caught the flu in January I had a lingering cough that needed some medical attention. During my exam, while explaining my symptoms he presumed my diagnosis was asthma and I don't even recall him checking my lungs or my throat. I felt as though I was being a little rushed through the visit. After suggesting that I may have asthma he gave me an inhaler and mentioned that it could possibly help, but his tone seemed routined or impersonal. After the visit I made an appointment to follow up regarding his diagnosis. He then offered a referral to see a pulmonologist and prescribed me some medication for the meantime, even though I never suffered from an asthma condition. After visiting the pulmonary office, turns out that the medication Dr. Uday prescribed me was unnecessary and they informed me his directions to use them were improper! That was an unethical experience and quite upsetting to me for the lack of attentiveness. I'm so glad I had a second opinion because that's my health on the line. Also to add, Dr. Uday did not record my medical issue accurately and stated that it was symptoms from Covid, which was false information because I stated twice that I had a negative Covid test. I called numerous times to make sure that it was corrected, but it was not resolved properly. Lastly, I was charged for lab work that was not requested and was unrelated to my visit. I recently viewed the overall rating regarding patient care in the lake county area. Most Vista's hospital and clinics are lacking in many levels of professionalism in their ability to protect patients from preventive errors. These issues must be addressed!!"

"I have been a patient for several years. Lizel Granada is very nice and caring. However, the new office staff is very rude and unprofessional. I spoke with Cassandra who definitely has no customer service skills, rude, impatient, and lacks knowledge of how the office is operated. I left a message of the Office Manager to call me, no response. Who can help rectify these situations if no one returns your phone calls?"

"The clinic has horrible service. The two woman in the front are bitter. They Speak down to the patients. They literally told my mom “what do you want”. I understand that with COVID there are new rules that the medical professionals have to follow. I understand that but there are ways to speak to the patients and to people in general. This clinic was fine but with the service the girls provide its reputation is going down. I called the manager and I hope she returns my call because they already don’t return phone calls and I am lucky if they answer the phone!"

"I have been going to Vista physician for about 6 years now. When I first start going in it was great, easy to schedule appointment someone always answered the phone in a timely manner. Now, years later they have horrible phone service no one hardly ever picks up the phone. Dr. Granada Lizel is very caring and good at what she do. My only complaint would be scheduling."
