"Some of the nurses are nice. The doctors are completley ignoring me and my symptoms. I am trying my third doctor now from this same building, hoping this one works. Iv'e been in unbearable pain for nearly half a year now and have been told to just keep going back to the e.r. even though the e.r. has told me to stop coming in for the same problem that the doctors here are not looking into even though there is clear evidence and a long medical history of me dealing with this same issue."

"So I find it very unprofessional that you get a patient in and set up in the back room waiting for the doctor to let him know that you have been having some sinus issues that may have form into a sinus infection (that I told the nurse about while she was check me in.) To only not see him but to be told that my appointment has been cancel by your primary nurse failure to inform me a I need a COVID test (which I believe to be BS) before coming in today which could have been told to me a week before my appointment date smh. Dennis A Thain you and your so called primary nurse need to do better oh I will not be back."

"I normally wouldn't review a place but I am quite unhappy with this locations service's. I've been turned away twice simply because whoever is in charge is deathly afraid of covid. It's one thing to be cautious and it's another thing to assume everything is covid. I was put on antidepressants then weened off at some point and experienced withdrawals. I had hoped to make an appointment to make sure everything was okay, and had kept Dr thain in the know of my experience prior. Unfortunately when I called in they turned me away. My most recent experience is needing a sinus infection looked at and once more being denied. I don't know if every office is doing this kind of practice but it's wrong. I am vaccinated and could easily take a covid swab test if they wanted, but no. My only option is the emergency room for what I know is a sinus issue caused by dust irritation. Whether or not this is the new norm, I do not recommend this office and will be taking my business elsewhere."

"This particular Aurora Health Center at Zion,IL offered me terrible service. If I could give a zero I would. They cancelled my appointment twice even after knowing that I have a particular type of autoimmune disorder and that I am in a lot of pain & suffering. I waited for more than a month and made arrangements for my rides twice(I don't drive so I had my friend cancel his meetings and stay at home for this doctor's appointment twice) just for visiting Dr.Thain since he is the primary doctor mentioned in my insurance card. What angers me the most is that they cancel my appointment only 45 minutes before the scheduled time. The offer for my next appointment is a month from now in October. Sadly the only thing I need from this doctor is a referral to a specialist (Rheumatologist). I wouldn't suggest this health center to anyone"
