"I HAVE PLUMBING PROBLEMS SINCE YESTERDAY EVENING I WAS TOLD SOMEONE WOULD BE HERE THIS MORNING TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM I BEEN UP SINCE 6 AM AND IT GOING ON 9 PM GET UP WATER, POURING OUT WATER OUTSIDE MY DOOR, THIS HORRIBLE."

"This fence has been down for months with no notice to residents as to when it would be repaired. My first concern as a resident is it’s a safety hazard (auto and home burglary.) Secondly, I have a five year old who doesn’t feel safe playing in her own backyard. Thirdly, as seen in photos, it’s not aesthetically pleasing to come home to a broken gate. It’s embarrassing to say the least. One can imagine the shock I felt when I called the leasing office weeks ago to inquire about a potential timeline for repairs and the new receptionist Erica responds, “Why do you want to know, do you do that kind of work?” She then proceeded to tell me Brian wasn’t in at the time and he’d have that information. I simply said thank you and hung up. As a paying tenant who cleans around my building daily and takes pride in my residence’s appearance, I felt my concern is valid. My approach, as always, is very respectful and the employee ought to be more professional and less sarcasm when handling a loyal tenant’s concerns. Today, I spoke with Brian asking if there was a potential timeline on fence repair. He informed me Park Ridge was preparing for repair in the upcoming week. I thanked him and really appreciate his professionalism; however, upon walking out of the office the property manager Dina Rivera stopped me and very aggressively attempted to scold me saying “as a tenant that fence isn’t something you should be worried about! This is the second time you asked about this fence! Someone almost died and all you care about is the fence being fixed!” I didn’t appreciate being yelled at for simply asking a question. Do not move here. The Erica and Dina in the leasing office don’t take customer satisfaction very serious in my experience."

"Please Don't Move Here. New Management is Unprofessional and Bad Attitudes. The last Management was Professional and Helpful Amanda, I lived their for 2 seen people being shot at 1pm in the afternoon and people being shot died with Security on premises. Took my Security Deposit and added more charges and it's been A Month since I moved and my issue isn't still resolved. They are stopping me from getting another place. Please don't move here!!!"

"They moved me into my unit just 3 days afters someone else moved in . My whole unit has never been inspected, inside or out, so i could never get my occupancy permit . (No one in my whole unit actually has their occupancy permit and thats insane to me) . They moved me into a unit with ROACHES! I noticed them the SAME day and went straight to the leasing office . The rude lady in the office “insisted” that they could “get rid of them” instead of simply moving me into a new unit . I moved into a FILTHY apartment, unpainted walls, and smashed bugs on the wall, even things on the wall from the LAST tenant . My back sliding door that would not lock unless u put bars in the window, a dish washer that i never got to use my whole time living there because the door was jammed from the PREVIOUS tenant and never fixed . The water in my bathroom sink takes at least 2 minutes of constant running the water to get hot and is STILL backed up from previous tenant . The electric in my living room hasn’t worked for the past TWO months. Ive called “emergency maintenance” plently of times and they never do ANYTHING. They’ve only listened to my call ONCE and thats when i told them i was going to DIE in this unit and it was going to be on their hands . The light in the kitchen buzzes and sparks sometimes (ive sent them videos and they have yet to do anything) . Someone died and crashed their car right outside my window after having a shoot out in the parking lot . Somebodys baybay kid walking around with a paintgun, shooting peoples windows and breaking them (something they also did nothing about) . You can tell the new management lady in the office think shes REALLY doing something cause of how trifling her attitude and personality is (very nasty, rude supppper old , miserable lady). Her first response is always anger, you can tell she hates her life. Whole time parkridge is still just as horrible as its always been . The standards they try to hold their tenants up to and WHAT THEY ACTUALLY OFFER TENANTS dont match up ! Im in a “renovated unit” and still have a white fridge , stove , and dishswasher (that doesnt work) . The refrigerator also didnt work at the start of me moving in, had to call NUMEROUS times to get that switched out. Its not worth it . Not for a first time apartment or last resort apartment . DONT DO IT . IT IS A SET UP. YOUR LIFE IS BIGGER THAN PARKRIDGE, AND THE YOULL NEVER FEEL AT HOME HERE. ignore the reviews like i did and end up just like the rest of us with a books worth of complaints."
