"This hotel should be shut down. Customer service is dismal at best. The house cleaners were very rude. Room had a putrid smell to them. There is no secure locks on back doors, making the hotel feel unsafe. It's absolutely no reason this hotel should cost 100 a night."
"This is one of the most disgusting hotels I've ever stayed at. The floor was dirty. The bed was made and looked clean but that was it. The bathroom was not very clean and the room itself had a nasty smell. I will never return."
"Appalling dump! Don’t stay here. Exterior impression is awful and lobby area is dirty & scruffy. I had made a reservation last night via a booking website but when I got there only an elderly night porter was on duty and his English was poor. Manager was offsite and managed to speak to him on phone though his English was also poor. He denied there was a reservation and told me to go somewhere else! These people do not deserve anyone’s custom unless & until they up their game in customer service and the physical state of the place. Just do not stay here under any circumstances would be my advice!"
"I would give -10 stars if possible. I called to verify my booking over the phone. The front desk lady Seema said that the hotel was closed. Then how were you answering the phone???? She said they hadn't accepted online bookings since 2 years ago. I booked through Expedia a month ago. I called back and she switched her story to "the system is down, the computers are broken, I can't verify your reservation." I called a 3rd time and asked her to cancel my reservation. She refused and said that I had to arrive in person to cancel. Claimed that the neighborhood was bad and she didn't want no-shows...then cancel my motherf****ng reservation now!!!!!! I've worked at hotels. Seema is rude and full of $h¡t"
"Wasn't happy about this place. Floors were dirty. Shower had hair. Dusty & disgusting. Front desk staff was rude. Not a good place for the family. Smelled like weed. People fighting in Hallway. $75.00 a night? Not worth it."
