"They are horrible at doing their job. You call down to the office don’t nobody wanna answer the phone. They don’t do anything about the roaches in the units. It’s just a was of your hard earned money. I swear I need to find something better than these apartments."

"They are slum lords. When I moved in here there was trash on the walls and the floor boards were messed up. There is mold in the stairway but they just keep painting over it. They should not have passed inspection. I wish I could show pictures. There is no one in the office half of the time when there is supposed to be. And even though maintenance lives on site it takes weeks for anything to be done.. and that's if they don't forget about you."

"Do not rent here. Maintainence never comes when you call,the new staff is ghetto, and unreliable. My kitchen sink has been leaking for a year they still haven't fixed it. When I moved in my ceiling was leaking and I still have a huge bubble in my ceiling. Nothing is updated. I'm just over it looking for a new place as we speak"

"I would not recommend renting the Arbor Village Apartments in Ferguson, MO. Please, I tell anyone not to waste their time and money renting these slop trash apartments that has been covered up with paint and fancy fixtures to get people to rent them. Please do not waste your time and hard earned money. It is no use for whatsoever. Do not be deceived by the way the apartment looks on the inside. I waited 48 hours for the maintenace staff to fix both thy bathroom and and kitchen sinks. No one showed up. Dirty water sat there in the bathroom face bowl for more then 48 hours. The pipes are either very lose underneath the kitchen sink or they or rusted out and rotted. You cannot flush hardly any toilet paper down the toiletbowl or else the toilet will back up. When the smoke detector needs batteries. It tends to make a contant nagging ringing sound all day and all throughout the night. It is a wonder you get to sleep if any at all. Do waste your time and hard earned money on these trash apartments. They are not worth the trouble to go through. I talked to some residents that have been living here for quite sometime and they told me that they have had so much trouble with flooding and water leaking in the apartment during heavy thunderstorms. I will not be releasing these apartments. They can have them."

"if i could leave zero stars for these people i would. i moved out on jan 3 i did a walk through with the property mananger she said that everything was clean and perfect expect for a small red stain that was the size of a dime. She advised me that of course that i would be charged for the cleaning fee and that could be anywhere from 25-45 dollars tops. And that i had nothing to worry about and that she would call me back with how much the cleaning fee would be. I never got a call from her. I called on jan 25 to check status the rep advised me that there systems have been down for a whole month and that she would give me a call back that next day. I didn't hear from them so i dropped by the office and the property manager basically told me that she didn't when i would be getting a check b/c of the systme issues. So i then asked for a number to the head office. when she gave me the number she basically told me that it was nothing they could do to rush the process as well.So on jan 26 i reached out to Darcy and she advised me that she would take a look at this for me and that she would get everything fixed for me and that she would give me a call on monday 1/29. 1/29 came and i didn't here from darcy. So I called her back on 1/30 and she told me that out of 200 that i would only 30 dollars back due to them not being able to clean the spot that is a size of a DIME?? I then asked to speak to her manager and she told me that i would have to leave a voicemail for her and that she would return my call. Wouldn't provide me with a phone number for her. Here it is 2/1 and i still haven't heard from them at all. DON'T MOVE HERE IF YOU THINK THAT YOU ARE GOING TO GET YOUR DEPOSIT OR GET ANY PEACE IN QUIET IN YOUR HOME. HORRIBLE PLACE TO STAY."
