Reviews of Trinity Park Apartments
"Spoke with Yolanda to inquire about renting an apartment. She was extremely rude..I greeted her nicely and asked how she was doing and she just went silent and asked basically what I wanted. This is not how you respond to a person interested in renting at a place of business that pays your bills. No manners or customer service. I don't know why these people are still here. Is it because it's a predominantly black neighborhoods and she( they) think it's fine to be rude and go be substandard service to black people"
"Please be careful renting. I have been renting with Trinity Park Apts for the last 6 years. Recently Sansone Group became our property manager “no biggie right” WRONG... My renewal date for my lease passed and i never got a notice, so i just continued to pay my rent. 8 months later i get a notice saying if i don’t renew i am going to be evicted. So i call the leasing office and it was after hours. I left a message letting them know i was coming in on the following Monday to discuss my unit and resign my lease. On Monday i get a call from RHONDA at the Trinity Park Apts leasing office on 11043 Mollerus Dr St. Louis Mo, 63138. She was the rudest representative of a company i have ever spoke with. When i tried to air my grievances about the timeliness of the notice I received and the issue of mold and pests i was having inside my unit, i was told “You know I do not have time to listen to this, you can just come turn in your key or i can send your file to the attorney.” I was completely mortified at her comment and frankly i was upset. I did go to the leasing office and speak with the office manager but still felt unheard. Long story short i will not be a customer any longer nor would i ever recommend the property management team to any property owner, your definitely going to lose tenants if you hire them. And i would not recommend renting from them either while they are hiring representatives like RHONDA."
"Best slumlords in St Louis. The property manager Selena is rude, unprofessional, and isn't a woman of her word. Seems to be uninterested in doing her job. Half the time she isn't available. My rent is current all the time. The building has numerous health code violations. Even when you call the property owners complaints fall on deaf ears. I've never experienced anything like this. In the process now of taking more drastic measures. Been very uncomfortable on this property. At this point I feel hopeless that anything will be resolved. This site should be closed down, conditions unfit they just make it look good."
"The only positive thing about this place is that you can get a apartment for very cheap and save money. Since it is so cheap ,you get very unprofessional staff. Maintenance will never get your work orders done so unless your a mechanic/ plumber or know someone I would advice you not to move in. If you do decide to move in regardless make sure when washing your clothes you don't walk away from the washer or dryer or your clothes will get taken. Make sure your car is locked at all times , because some cars do get broken into. Make sure you have copies of all your rental payments you made, because if not trinity park staff will charge a fifty dollar fee and keep adding if they decide you didn't pay on time. Another reason to keep a copy is staff loses their receipts or does not check their records and will automatically assume you didn't make a payment and charge you. Some of the dish washers are very old and they never replace them so I hope you like washing your dishes by hand because if it is already broken like mine is then if you turn it on chances are flooding will happen and you wont be able to get the foul smell of these weird dirty water out of your apartment. I would go ahead and get your apartment professional sprayed for bugs because it will be a long time before your place gets sprayed. There is no fitness room. There is a pool that will never get filled with water. Trinity Park is under new management and has more maintenance staff but have yet to fulfill any duties. So if your looking for a place that will take your money and disappoint your expectations then by all means move in. This should be your very last resort. You have been warned."
"My lease expired on July 31st, I turned in a lease renewal in June. They never renewed it but accepted my rent for August, this turned me legally into a month to month tenant. I am attempting to move out on December 23, I turned in my notice to vacate on November 23 and I'm pretty they've lost it because they keep telling me they don't do month to month. It's not my problem they took forever to renew my lease (and they still haven't done it). They said that my rent for December would be prorated but they won't tell me how much I'm supposed to pay and rent is due tomorrow. They gave me a phone number that no one ever answers and the voice mail is full. They never call you back, my air conditioner hasn't worked since I moved in, the floors are basically made of cardboard, my upstairs and next door neighbors most obviously sell drugs, there's a sex offender that lives in one of the units even though they supposedly do back ground checks, there is black mold in my apartment, and the dishwasher isn't even bolted in. They told me I was allowed to have my dog when I filled out the lease so I paid a pet deposit for him, they then said he was too big but they weren't able to refund my deposit or put it towards my rent. I have never missed a payment and yet they've tried to evict me 3 times for non payment. They said it's because I paid my rent early and the computer system didn't recognize it. If you as management knew this was an issue then maybe you should go through and double check the notices before you send them out so I don't have to keep missing work and you don't have to keep going over my files. This place has been an absolute nightmare. There only two employees in the whole place who have any idea what's going on. Very unprofessional. Completely disgusting."
